Objective:

To craft the TUL headquarters designing a dynamic and adaptable workspace that promoted efficiency, while addressing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and future expansion needs.

Results:

• Successfully developed the TUL headquarters, spanning nearly 2,000 square meters across six stories of offices.

• Designed and equipped four floors to create an environment conducive to efficient work practices.

• Overcame the challenge of creating a functional and safe space during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Ensured the design could adapt to accommodate an increase of more than 250 employees in the future.

• Focused on fostering a space where ideas flow seamlessly, integrating both aesthetic appeal and practical functionality.
